Bitget Announces Participation of its COO Apprentices at the University of Nicosia Collaborative Meetup Event

Bitget, a prominent player in the cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 industry is thrilled to share the news of its COO Apprentices’ involvement in a collaborative meetup event with the University of Nicosia on June 12, 2024, at the UNESCO Amphitheatre of the University of Nicosia.

This event was a significant milestone for Bitget’s COO Apprentices as they debuted at an external crypto event. It allowed them to expand their network and gain firsthand knowledge in the field. It offered a special chance for recently appointed Bitget COO Apprentices to interact with top experts from the University of Nicosia, a pioneer in offering accredited MSc and PhD degrees in blockchain and digital currency. They gained valuable insights into the latest trends in the crypto industry.

Bitget has recently introduced its latest initiative in Europe, the “Bitget COO Apprentice” program. This program aims to provide young talent with a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the company’s executive team. It is part of Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative and aims to provide participants with practical training and mentorship in the Web3 industry. Top Bitget executives, including Chief Operating Officer Vugar Usi Zade, lead the program.

The COO Apprentice Program offers participants a comprehensive grasp of the Web3 industry and the intricacies of operating within a worldwide, completely remote corporate setting. The top three apprentices will be able to embark on an exclusive, fully-funded mentorship trip to Dubai. During this trip, they will access industry knowledge and valuable networking opportunities with Bitget’s COO and the management team.

“This program offers young graduates the chance to learn from industry experts, gain practical experience, and prepare them to have meaningful impacts on the crypto industry,” said Vugar Usi Zade, COO of Bitget. “We believe this program represents more than just an apprentice experience; it is also a launchpad for aspiring Web3 enthusiasts and believers to make their mark on the digital finance revolution.”

Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative was launched in May 2023 with a $10 million commitment for the next five years. The main goal of this initiative is to foster talent and promote innovation within the Web3 ecosystem. A study conducted by Bitget reveals the significant impact of Millennials and Generation Z in shaping a future that embraces cryptocurrency. Notably, Millennials make up a substantial 46% of the crypto enthusiast population.

The COO Apprentice Program perfectly fits Bitget’s vision of fully immersing participants in the Web3 realm and molding them into future leaders in the blockchain industry. This initiative demonstrates Bitget’s dedication to fostering the future leaders of Web3 and propelling the advancement of the digital finance revolution.
